Pros: outside screen, camera
Cons: very thick, bulky, phone malfunctions on me many times
Additional Comments: This phone has been nothing but trouble for me. I have experienced the phones sound settings not working correctly, and sometimes all you have to do is remove the battery, but I think that this phone, for it's size, is very fragile considering it has been acting weird ever since i dropped it ONCE!!!

Review Title: PN-215 is a pretty decent phone (by Alisha) - 08/25/2006

Pros: Great display, good sound, easy to use
Cons: Poor-quality camera
Additional Comments: I'm no cellphone expert, but my step-father works for Verizon, so my husband and I were able to buy these phones for $12, LOL. I like the outer time/date display. Overall, the phone works very well and is easy to use.

Review Title: Good phone, NO custom ringtones (by Chuck) - 08/22/2006
Ratings for the following topics:
Pros: Compact, easy to use, good display, good sound
Cons: No data cable available, no custom ringtones
Additional Comments: The Pantech 215 would be a great phone if it had a data cable and the ability to set your own ringtones. I have had older cameras that could use recorded sounds as ringtones . . . even that would be an improvement. The only way to customize ringtones is to buy them from the service provider.
