In my shopping, I was looking for the original Motorola car charger with model number 98126. In rare cases where the model number was not specified, I assumed it was that one when the product had the same name, was from Motorola, and was illustrated by the same picture.

Here again, price variations were huge, and went from 23.49 including shipping at Marquel to more than 39.99 plus shipping at Roxy, where shipping charges vary based on your location. But potentially, the Roxy price was almost doubled.

Many stores, such as Let's talk, also sell a car charger that is compatible with StarTac phones but manufactured by third parties. They usually sell for a much cheaper price, from 10 to 15 US dollars. This can be interesting but it is up to you to determine whether you prefer the peace of mind of buying original equipment.
