If you are new to BlackBerry, you probably do not realize how powerful its calendar capabilities are. Appointment notifications and calendar management are crucial for timely communications, and the BlackBerry is fantastic at managing both. Your BlackBerry is very flexible and allows you to change your calendar views according to your needs. You can choose different calendar views by using the menu at the bottom of the calendar screen. Here are the different views you can choose from.
1. Day View
The Day view allows you to quickly see all of the appointments (and tasks if you choose to display them on your calendar) by hour for the date of your choosing. This is the default view, and is a great way to find available time in your schedule.
2. Week View
The Week view allows you to see your week at a glance, and plan a few days in advance. All day appointments appear across the top row of the calendar.
3. Month View
The Month view gives you an even higher-level view of your schedule for the month you have chosen. While it is not ideal for picking specific dates and times for meetings, it is very useful for long-range planning.
4. Agenda View
The Agenda view is a chronological list of appointments and tasks that you can easily scroll through. If you have a lot of appointments, the agenda view allows you to scroll through them quickly, and makes each appointment and time easy to see.
