Everyone should back up their BlackBerry data regularly, but not all of us get around to it. There are applications that can back up your data automatically at regular intervals. If you regularly read Microsoft Office documents from your BlackBerry with Documents to Go, you can store the documents in your DropBox and open them directly from your BlackBerry. Not only can you avoid toting the documents around on your device, but you can edit documents directly from your DropBox with Documents to Go.
Once you've made your changes and save the document, it will be saved to the DropBox server as a new version, and synchronized with your PCs. It is a really clean solution for people who need to edit documents while they're out and about, and you will not need to worry about moving the newest version of the document from your BlackBerry to a PC every time you edit it.
