LG Xenon - Disappointed, Member maddycastle

I bought this phone approximatley 2 months ago. I found that the phone itself had good features but the quality of it was terrible. I had the phone 2 months and had never dropped it, put a protective chase around it and still the phone managed to stop working. The screen had bled. The screen is very sensitive that you can't even keep it in your purse pocket. LG then is unable to repair this problem because they deem it your fault even though you have babied the phone. According to the reps from the cell phone store that I bought it from is that even if it was in a back pack it could damage the screen or if someone accidently sat on it. I don't know about you but I have seen people with blackberries and Iphones and other touch screen devices and seen them dropped and nothing happened to those devices. I think that the manufactures should have created the screen to be a little more durable. Now I am obligated to go and spend another $150.00 to buy a new phone. I don't recommend this phone.
