Guide Review - Nokia 3100 Review
There is not much to say against the Nokia 3100: it is a good cell phone for those looking for a simple basic phone that gets the job done. And I'm quite sure this is the target market Nokia had in mind for this phone: no bells and whistles. There is no Bluetooth, no infrared, the color display, with its 4,000 colours, is minimal, and there is no camera. But the sound is good, the keypad is functional and easy to use (though some may find the keys a bit hard to press, but I prefer tuff keys that you feel well than weak keys).
That said, the design appears a bit cheaper than those of other Nokia phones. The back cover, for instance, creaks a bit when you touch it and doesn't seem snapped ultra firmly in place so if you are tough on your things, maybe another, more rugged phone would be better. Also, I'd like to point out that this is a basic phone and therefore, is evaluated as a basic phone. The opinion expressed here and the star rating take that into account.
