The Samsung Epic 4G will be Sprint's offering from Samsung's Galaxy S series of Android phones, and this phone boasts something that its siblings cannot: 4G support. The Epic 4G will be Sprint's second 4G phone, after the HTC EVO 4G, which was launched earlier this summer.
Speedy 4G wireless support aside, the Epic 4G does have plenty of features in common with both AT&T's Captivate and T-Mobile's Vibrant. It features a 4-inch Super AMOLED touch-screen and a powerful 1-GHz processor. Unlike those phones, however, the Epic 4G also offers a slide-out QWERTY keyboard for easier typing.
Sprint offers the Epic 4G for $249.99.
