Microsoft has officially unveiled its Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system, along with a slew of new handsets running the software. At launch, Microsoft and its various hardware partners announced nine new phones, most of which will be available before the end of 2010.
AT&T Wireless, which will offer three Windows Phone 7 devices in the U.S., is being called Microsoft's Premier wireless company. AT&T will offer the first Windows Phone 7 handset, the Samsung Focus, in early November, with two more phones -- the HTC Surround and the LG Quantum -- following mid-month. T-Mobile, meanwhile, will offer the HTC HD7 in mid-November, while Sprint will begin selling the HTC 7 Pro in early 2011. Additional Windows Phone 7 handsets will be available overseas.
All of the new Windows Phone 7 devices share some features, but each offers a slightly different user experience. To see more, click on "Enter Gallery" below. From there, you can take a look at all of the new Windows Phone 7 smartphones.
