Tutorial - Keying-in the new melody

After this step, your ringtone will be part of your phone's ringtones and you will be able to assign it as the main ringtone for your phone.

Motorola and other phones:
From the "Tone details" menu, scroll to "notes" then press "CHANGE".
Key-in the keypress sequence exactly as shown. In the example shown here, it means that you must press "3" three times, then "%23", wait half a second then "3" three times again, then "%23", then continue with "7", then two "0", and so on with the rest of the melody.
The screen will progressively display a chunk of characters, or in some cases, actual notes on a staff, which correspond to your melody. It is normal that the characters displayed do not correspond to the keys you press.
Once the full melody is typed, press "OK" and, on the "Tone Details" menu, scroll down to "Name" and press "CHANGE".
Using the numeric keypad's letters, type in the name of the ringtone and press "OK".
