Guide Review - Nokia PC Suite
When I first reviewd the Nokia PC Suite, back around the 2002's, I was stunned: The "PC Suite" included every personalization feature we love: compose ringtones and transfer them to your phone in a snap or even use any midi file and convert it to a ringtone; import bitmap graphic files and convert them to group graphics or picture messages.I haven't found any way to prevent it to run automatically at startup, how annoying!
The Nokia PC Suite uninstaller is complicated to use.
The suite also lets you add or change contacts, manage caller group associations and, with the included "Nokia content copier", litterally backup all of your phone's data! And where lots of manufacturers sell such a software and forces users to buy a data cable to use it, Nokia offers it as a free download and it can be used either with a data cable or through your phone's infrared connection, provided your computer is so-equipped.
