What are your memories, photo location and date?
This was at my parents' house in Massachusetts in the summer of 2009. They have a small hydrangea growing in their backyard near one corner of the house. There was something about the blue and white flower contrasting with the bright green leaves that caught my eye in a way that I knew I had to get a picture.
Tips & tricks
- Get close up. Easier said than done for certain subjects, but getting closer compensates for the camera's poor zoom and light processing.
- Because of the camera's low resolution, areas with more light are better.
